Laughter Yoga is a radically different approach to fun, healing & stress management that combines simple laughter exercises with gentle yoga breathing techniques. Nothing strenuous! If it’s not fun, we don’t do it.
What is unique about us is that we do not use jokes or comedy. Participants get to experience free-flow laughter on their own terms. You do not need to be happy or have a sense of humor to laugh.

Up to 90 percent of the doctor visits in the USA may be triggered by a stress-related illness, say the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Q: I have had a traumatic [this or that] in my life and I can't laugh anymore. I just don't have it in me!
A: How long do you want to keep punishing yourself? We say you can laugh. You say you can't. Such a contradiction cannot exist. Leave your mind at home and just bring your body to our presentation. We guarantee it will know what to do.


 Q: We want our managers to model and motivate hard-working behavior toward common goals, not to run around having fun. There's no place for fun on the job
A: Think again. People who feel at ease, secure and happy achieve more. They are better at constructive problem solving, suffer less stress and take less sick leaves. A playful approach to everyday things is a key factor in keeping healthy. Daily chores are less burdensome when we laugh while doing them.  Q: We have serious anger issues at work between individuals that are very inappreciative of one another. Will your program help?
A: There is only one condition for our program to work. People have to be willing to play with us. Skepticism is fine. Refusal to cooperate is not. Anger is a personal choice that has inherently nothing to do with our environment. Its root cause is within. If you choose to be angry you will get precisely that no matter what people say or do. Work with us and you will quickly discover that anger and laughter are mutually exclusive. You simply cannot be angry with someone and still laugh with him/her at the same time. We get people to laugh for no reason, and as such force them to leave their rational mind to enter the creative realm that is the present. The "here and now" knows nothing of who has done what in the past and doesn't care about what will happen in the future. It is a space of unlimited potential where any challenge can be constructively and positively approached and resolved.
